Woke up to beautiful skys and no wind. It's Mother's Day! I took a longer walk than normal today while Pat washed the car and motorcycle as we are leaving in the morning for Balmorhea. Pat loaded the motorcycle on the RV and hooked the car onto the back of the RV getting ready for a quick get a way in the morning. We want to be on the road before the wind starts howling.
We have stayed 2 weeks in Marathon and ran out of things to do on Tuesday or Wednesday of this past week. We feel we got all the goody out of the Big Bend area.
Not much else to report, spoke to my daughter and Mom all wishing each other a Happy Mother's Day.
Tomorrow we'll be in a new place, stay tuned.
