Wednesday, Sturgis, SD

Woke up to a hot, sunny morning. Took Blaze for his walk and we both had our tongues hanging when we returned. I was so hot I took a cool shower. Pat suggested we visit Deadwood and play tourist. He failed to mention that we were going by bike so I was dressing in shorts when he told me, so changed into jeans and before we could get out the door the weather had totally changed. See pics

So in the car we went and before we got to Deadwood it was raining. We arrived and sat in the car waiting for the rain to subside then ran into the Adams Museum. After the museaum tour it was still sprinkling so we walked Main street going into various shops. The weather was cool and I was thinking of buying a hoodie to wear when we decided to grab a bite to eat.

After lunch we continued our visit of the stores and some Hotels and gambling venues. The sun finally came out but the weather was still a cool 62 degrees. On our drive home Pat had to stop and take pictures of this golf course as it is so lush and green compared to those in Texas.

Returned to the RV to put out some fires happening at the office. Got them doused and then went for an evening walk with Blaze and Pat. We'll see what tomorrow holds........
